Your order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Once your accepted payment, your order is prepared with care and engagement by workers with disabilities of Les Papillons Blancs de Lille within 3 days, Moday through Friday. Then our order is sent by mail trough La Poste (excluding week-end and public holidays).<\/p>\n\n

Deliveries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

As you know, delivery times are the responsibility of the carriers… Your ephemeral tattoos are delivered directly to the mailbox within 3 to 5 days after dispatch for mainland France.<\/p>\n\n

Regarding the French overseas territories, Europe and other international locations, it generally takes a week or even a week and a half.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping costs are free for all orders, with no minimum purchase, regardless of the destination.<\/p>\n\n

How to track my package?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Our orders do not have a tracking number, which allows you to benefit from free delivery. However, you can track the status of your order from your customer area. <\/p>\n\n

PS: If you received the wrong sheet of ephemeral tattoos, you can keep it.<\/p>\n\n

A return? An exchange? A refund? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Are you disappointed? Do you have doubts and are no longer sure if you want to be tattooed, even for a few days? Fear of needles? \u2026 We understand that very well. But don\u2019t delay! <\/p>\n\n

The return is made at your expense to our postal address: Bernard Forever<\/strong> – 79 rue du grand chemin, 59100 Roubaix.<\/p>\n\n

The product should be returned in perfect condition by postal mail. We recommended you to choose a transport mode with a track number.
