You can pay for your order by credit card<\/strong> (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CB) or via PayPal<\/strong>. In both cases, your payment is 100% secure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Your order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the employees with disabilities at Papillons Blancs de Lille<\/strong> will carefully prepare your order, Monday through Friday, within 3 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

We then hand it over to La Poste for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).<\/p>\n\n

Deliveries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

As you know, delivery times are the responsibility of the carriers\u2026 In mainland France<\/strong>, it generally takes 4 to 6 business days<\/strong> for your temporary tattoos to arrive directly in your mailbox.<\/p>\n\n

For France’s overseas departments and territories, Europe, and other international destinations,<\/strong> allow an average of one to one and a half weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Good news: Shipping is free<\/strong>, with no minimum purchase required and regardless of your destination.<\/p>\n\n

How to track my package?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Our orders do not have tracking numbers<\/strong>. This choice allows us to offer you free shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

However, you can track the status<\/strong> of your order directly from your customer account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

My package is lost!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Again, don’t panic! Depending on the time of year, La Poste may sometimes take a little longer.<\/p>\n\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Start by checking the address you provided when you placed your order. If you notice an error, please contact us at sav@bernardforever.fr<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong> If the address is correct but you still haven’t received anything, please send us an email including: your first and last name, your mailing address (or a new address if you’re having delivery issues), and your order number.<\/p>\n\n

Step 3<\/strong>: We confirm receipt of your request and send Jean-Yves, the flagship of our racing pigeon squadron assigned to critical missions, as soon as possible!<\/p>\n\n

There was a mistake in my order!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

– the missing item or the wrong item received, along with a photo;<\/p>\n\n

– your order number;<\/p>\n\n

– the mailing address to which you should return the temporary tattoos.<\/p>\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong> We process your request as quickly as possible and immediately send out Jean-Yves, our best racing pigeon.<\/p>\n\n

A little bonus:<\/strong> If you received the wrong sheet of temporary tattoos, you can keep it.<\/p>\n\n
