Temporary tattoo artists: a passionate profession!
Bernard Forever has been working as a temporary tattoo artist for almost 5 years now. A friendly man with a sharp sense of humor, Bernard is no less discreet, but today he’s telling you all about it! With THE revelation you’ve all been waiting for at the end of the article!
Working with passion and conviction
At Bernard, all our temporary tattoos are designed with love, which makes them even more beautiful. We’ve always called on our favorite artists to offer you original creations. We also create certain models or limited editions, such as the François l’embrouille moose, the special World Cup board and the “où est charlie” tattoo that was hidden on the site!
For Julien, the brand’s manager, bringing decals – a forgotten product of our childhood – back into fashion meant two things:
firstly, not losing the very essence of this product, i.e. its fun and playful side.
secondly: putting the creative aspect at the heart of the brand.
That’s why we like to take risks, even if it means going off the beaten track. We’re not afraid of the ridiculous if it makes you laugh, and we make it a point of honor to listen to our customers’ needs!
Bernard: a merry man full of surprises!
If you take a stroll around the Bernard Forever website, you’ll probably have noticed a few of our most pointed jokes and musical references!
For the moment, our proudest achievement is our answering machine, with its sweet melody in C minor played by the cador of the MAPED flute.
At the office, we have about 10 such ideas a minute, so we sort them out a bit to spare you the trouble, and consign the rest to our joke book.
So you’ll never see the look-alike board or hear the sound of our Connemara box…
THE revelation!
One question keeps coming up! Why Bernard Forever? As you’ll see, the reasoning is a little convoluted. In the beginning, Bernard Forever should have been Michel Forever, because we’re secretly fans of Michel Delpech. Unfortunately, Michel Forever was already taken. So we looked for a very Frenchy name among the most popular in 1946: Michel Delpech’s year of birth, and it was Bernard! A wise choice, as you seem to like it.
So now you know more! Don’t hesitate to write to us if you have any temporary tattoo ideas or projects to submit, or if you have any other questions!
The little extra: Bernard also does custom tattoos for your events, product launches, or goodiees!
